Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sunflower Studios. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

• Booking policy: appointments can be made online, by phone, text or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. 
• All confirmation will be done 24 hours prior to your appt. If you need to cancel, please make sure it is within 24 hours to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. 
• Late arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.  It is understandable things happen communication is key. I will be more than happy to accommodate but I would also like to give you the full time. 
• Client responsibility please inform me of any medical conditions we will sit and go over everything but please let me know any allergies or skin sensitivities you may have. 
• Right to refuse I have the right to refuse service is the client is under the influence of drugs/alcohol, acts inappropriately or has a contraindication for the treatment. 
• Packages and Gift cards purchased must be used within 60 days.
